The Vladimir Club is a quantitative benchmark in digital asset ownership. It identifies participants who hold 0.01 percent of a cryptocurrency's total supply. This is the point where an individual holding reaches one ten-thousandth of the entire ecosystem. For Bitcoin, this threshold is 2100 BTC. The term originated in 2012 on an early forum, prioritizing the foresight of the early participant over the volume of late-stage capital.
This work explores the luxury of mathematical rarity. Membership in the Club is an invisible status marker within a transparent network. It is gated by prescience rather than proximity. It represents the transition from a speculative holder to a structural stakeholder. It is a study of rarity without spectacle and discretion as a form of power. The threshold is permanent.
