012 Lies Into Truth
Delulu is short for delusional. It describes someone whose self-belief or romantic expectations wildly exceed reality. But here's the twist: the internet reclaimed it. "Delulu is the solulu" became a genuine philosophy. The idea that irrational confidence might actually be a strategy. Fake it past the point of reason and sometimes reality catches up.
People love it because it laughs at itself while quietly meaning it. You can call yourself delulu and it functions as both self-deprecation and manifesto. Worth documenting because it sits at a strange intersection where irony and sincerity become indistinguishable, a defining feature of how this generation processes ambition.
